Aluminium Castings

At Turner Aluminium Castings we excel at manufacturing quality aluminium castings. We have possibly the most modern "up to date" aluminium casting facility in Europe. Our highly trained and motivated staff fulfil their roles with pride,care and attention to detail. We carry out both Low Pressure and Gravity die-casting processes on site using the most modern PLC controlled plant. Explicit work instructions ensure the casting process is controlled to ensure quality aluminium castings are produced time after time. We have brokered partnerships with only the finest suppliers of aluminium ingot. The use of all raw materials are fully traceable throughout the processes. We also have, if required ,the ability to call on a NAMAS certified laboratory to analyse our raw material.

For complex aluminium castings you could not choose a more quality driven aluminium foundry. We melt only in Electric Bail Out Furnaces ,backed up by a stringent metal cleaning and handling regime ensure the molton aluminium is in prime condition for casting. Any tooling modification, repair or maintenance work is carried out on site in our tool and die repair facility.
